Welcome to Reizen MMA. These Terms & Conditions outline the general rules and policies governing the use of our facility, website, classes, training programs, and services.

By accessing or using Reizen MMA facilities, services, classes, or website, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and all reasonable instructions provided by Reizen MMA staff and coaches.

1. Memberships & Services

Reizen MMA offers martial arts, fitness, conditioning, and training programs that may include MMA, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, strength and conditioning, and other related activities.

Memberships and services are subject to the specific pricing, schedules, terms, and conditions presented at the time of purchase or enrollment.

Memberships are intended for the individual who purchased or was assigned the membership and may not be shared or transferred without prior approval from Reizen MMA.

Reizen MMA reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, programs, or facility hours when necessary.

2. Payments & Billing

All membership fees, class fees, private training fees, and other charges are due according to the payment terms associated with the selected service or membership.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and contact information.

If a payment is declined or remains unpaid, Reizen MMA may temporarily suspend access to services until the account is brought current.

Any applicable cancellation, refund, or billing policies presented during enrollment will apply to the applicable membership or service.

3. Cancellations & Membership Changes

Membership cancellation, freezing, or modification requests must follow the procedures established by Reizen MMA.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the membership or service purchased.

Reizen MMA reserves the right to require cancellation requests to be submitted through an approved method, such as email or an online account.

Any amounts already owed prior to cancellation may remain due.

4. Classes & Attendance

Class schedules and availability are subject to change.

Members are encouraged to arrive on time and be prepared to participate at the scheduled class start time.

Reizen MMA may limit class sizes or require advance registration for certain classes.

Repeated late arrivals, no-shows, or failure to follow class-registration policies may result in restrictions on class reservations where applicable.

5. Training & Safety

Martial arts and physical training involve physical activity and inherent risks.

Members and guests are expected to participate responsibly, train within their abilities, and follow all instructions provided by Reizen MMA coaches and staff.

Members should inform their coach of any relevant physical limitations or injuries before participating in training.

Reizen MMA may restrict participation in a particular activity when a coach or staff member reasonably believes that participation may create an unnecessary safety risk.

These Terms & Conditions are not intended to replace any separate waiver, release, medical form, or membership agreement that may be required by Reizen MMA.

6. Sparring & Contact Training

Sparring and contact-based training must be conducted in a controlled and respectful manner.

Members must follow the instructions of coaches regarding intensity, technique, protective equipment, and appropriate training partners.

Members must immediately respect a training partner's request to stop, tap, verbal submission, or other indication that training should end.

Intentional or reckless attempts to injure another person are strictly prohibited.

Reizen MMA reserves the right to restrict or prohibit sparring or contact training for anyone who does not follow safety rules.

7. Gym Conduct

Reizen MMA is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming training environment.

Members, guests, and visitors are expected to treat coaches, employees, and fellow members with respect.

The following behavior is not permitted:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation

• Discriminatory or hateful conduct

• Intentional or reckless injury to another person

• Fighting outside of authorized training activities

• Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct

• Theft or intentional damage to property

• Training while impaired by alcohol or drugs

• Disregarding reasonable safety instructions

• Disruptive behavior that interferes with classes or other members

• Any other conduct that Reizen MMA reasonably determines to be unsafe or inappropriate

Reizen MMA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the facility or services for serious or repeated violations of these standards.

8. Hygiene

Members are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene and wear clean training clothing and equipment.

Members should not participate in training when they have a contagious illness or an open wound that could reasonably expose others to infection.

Members are expected to clean and disinfect equipment and training areas as directed by Reizen MMA staff.

Appropriate footwear and protective equipment must be used when required.

9. Facility & Equipment

Members must use Reizen MMA equipment and facilities responsibly and for their intended purposes.

Any damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or other facility concerns should be reported to Reizen MMA staff as soon as possible.

Members may be responsible for damage resulting from intentional or negligent misuse of Reizen MMA property, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Personal Belongings

Members are responsible for their personal belongings while at Reizen MMA.

Reizen MMA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Members are encouraged not to bring valuable personal items into the facility or leave belongings unattended.

11. Minors

Members under the age of 18 may be required to have authorization from a parent or legal guardian before participating in Reizen MMA programs.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors follow applicable Reizen MMA policies and rules.

Additional documentation may be required for minor participants.

12. Photography & Video

Reizen MMA may occasionally photograph or record classes, events, competitions, or other activities for promotional, educational, or social media purposes.

Members and guests should respect the privacy of others and should not photograph, record, or publish identifiable images or video of other members without appropriate permission.

Separate consent or release forms may be used when required.

13. Website & Online Content

The Reizen MMA website and its content are provided for general informational purposes.

Reizen MMA makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current but does not guarantee that all information, schedules, pricing, availability, or other content will always be complete or error-free.

Reizen MMA may update or modify website content at any time.

14. Intellectual Property

The Reizen MMA name, logo, branding, website content, graphics, photographs, videos, and other original materials are the property of Reizen MMA or their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

15. Privacy

Reizen MMA respects the privacy of its members and customers.

Personal information collected through the website, membership enrollment, purchases, or other interactions with Reizen MMA may be used to provide services, process payments, communicate with members, manage accounts, and operate the business.

Payment information and other sensitive information should not be shared publicly or with other members.

16. Changes to These Terms

Reizen MMA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The most current version will be made available through the Reizen MMA website.

Changes become effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
