We want every member to feel confident in their training experience at Reizen MMA. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are handled for memberships, training services, merchandise, seminars, and other purchases.
Memberships & Training Fees
Membership dues, class packages, drop-in fees, private training fees, and other training fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Memberships and training packages may not be transferred to another individual unless approved by Reizen MMA.
If you need to cancel your membership, please submit a cancellation request in accordance with the terms of your membership agreement. Cancellation will prevent future charges when properly processed, but it does not typically result in a refund for the current billing period or previously processed payments.
Merchandise
Unused and unworn merchandise may be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in its original condition with tags attached.
Sale, clearance, or personalized items may be final sale and may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Reizen MMA reserves the right to inspect merchandise before approving a return or exchange.
Seminars & Special Events
Fees for seminars, workshops, camps, competitions, and other special events are generally non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend an event, please contact Reizen MMA as soon as possible. At the discretion of Reizen MMA, registration may be transferred to another event or participant.
Transfers are not guaranteed and may be subject to availability or additional terms.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for circumstances including:

• Billing errors

• Duplicate charges

• Charges made in error

• Canceled programs or events

• Services that Reizen MMA is unable to provide

• Other circumstances approved by gym management

Approval of an exception is at the discretion of Reizen MMA unless otherwise required by applicable law.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact Reizen MMA and provide:

• Your full name

• Purchase or membership information

• Date of purchase, if available

• Description of the item or service

• Reason for the return or refund request

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit or waive any rights or protections you may have under applicable federal, state, or local laws.
If applicable law provides you with a right to a refund, cancellation, return, or other remedy that differs from this policy, those legal rights will apply.
